In December 2018, The Fifteen Group Inc. led media relations for the launch of Pastiche restaurant in the trendy Ossington neighbourhood of Toronto. Opening during a challenging and highly competitive holiday season, The Fifteen Group Inc. strategically developed two unique events for traditional print and digital media, along with an event for top-tier social influencers.

The Fifteen Group executed a six-week public relations programme to gain local Toronto and national media amplification, features, and reviews.

Traditional Media Dinner

Goal: Connect with Toronto’s top food writers and editors to host an intimate multi-sensory tasting experience highlighting the innovative dishes and curated cocktails for the new noshery.

Intimate 15 guest multi-course tasting experience led by Chef and the team’s mixologist over a four-hour period of culinary exploration
